SUVI OSKALA

Sharing the joy of music with fiddle and voice
Music at its best is sharing ideas and energy between the players, listeners – being, breathing and living in the moment. This is what Suvi aspires to by combining the sounds of her fiddle and voice.

COMPOSING & ARRANGING
Making music is an integral part of Suvi’s musicianship.
Suvi is an experienced composer and arranger of music. She has written music for all her projects crossing genre boundaries with ease. The genre of the music varies depending on the project: everything from string quartet arrangements to sing-along choruses and to groovy riffs have come out of her pen.
Suvi finds the search for timbre and tone fascinating and she always strives to make all instruments sound their best no matter what kind of music she writes. Listen to examples of Suvi’s music on the player!
Suvi is open to new challenges and also accepts commissions for compositions.

ENSEMBLES & PROJECTS
